The Shanti Mantra of the Rg Veda Upanisads, is regularly chanted at the end id classes and worship. Someone once said, ”Let all the Upanisads disappear from the face of the earth… I do not mind , so long as this one verse remains.” Purnamadah Purnamidam Purnat Purnamudacyate, Purnasya Purnamadaya Purnamevasisyate, meaning: “Completeness is that, completeness is this, from Completeness, completeness comes forth. Completeness from completeness taken away, completeness to completeness added, completeness alone remains. “Swamiji will clarify how this one verse encompasses the entire teaching of all the upanisad.
